IRVING, TEXAS (September 17, 2020) – At a public hearing held Monday, September 14, 2020, the Irving Flood Control District Section III (IFCD 3) board adopted an operations and maintenance tax rate of $.1236 per $100 of true valuation for operations and maintenance for the 2020 tax year.

IRVING, TEXAS (September 16, 2019) – At the September 2019 board meeting of Irving Flood Control District Section III (IFCD 3), a tax rate of $.125 per $100 of true valuation for operations and maintenance was approved for the 2019 tax year, with no tax rate set for debt service.

Irving, TEXAS (July 18, 2019) – At the June meeting of the Irving City Council, councilmembers unanimously voted to appoint Irving resident Anna Arceo to the Irving Flood Control District Section III (IFCD 3) board of directors.

Irving, TEXAS (December 28, 2018) – At the December meeting of the Irving City Council, councilmembers unanimously voted to reappoint Irving residents Chris J. Calvery, Mazhar Islamraja and Doug Stephan each to two-year terms on the Irving Flood Control District Section III (IFCD 3) board of directors.

IRVING, Texas (Sept. 14, 2017) – At its Sept. 11 meeting, the board of directors of Irving Flood Control District Section III (IFCD 3) passed a tax rate of $0.125 per $100 valuation for fiscal year 2017-18 for property owners it serves in the Valley Ranch area.

IRVING, Texas (August 29, 2016) – Irving Flood Control District Section III (IFCD 3) has published its official notice to residents of the Valley Ranch area that the tax rate in support of IFCD 3 services for fiscal year 2016-17 is proposed to be $0.128 per $100 valuation.

Irving, TEXAS (December 29, 2015) – At the December 10, 2015, meeting of the Irving City Council, council members unanimously voted to reappoint Irving residents William Correa, PE and Neha Kunte each to two-year terms on the Irving Flood Control District Section III (IFCD 3) board of directors.

IRVING, Texas (Sept. 4, 2015) – Irving Flood Control District Section III (IFCD 3) has published its official notice to residents of the Valley Ranch area that the tax rate in support of IFCD 3 services for fiscal year 2015-16 is proposed to be $0.1371 per $100 valuation.
